For those who are having issues with opening eCW Web Chrome URL version.

When clicking on eCW Chrome icon, Chrome Incognito mode browser would open blank instead of the eCW app.

Here is the fix:

on the computer's C: drive, (make sure to show hidden folders, "unhide" them)

Navigate to C:\ProgramData\eClinicalWorks\plugin\

Should find an Application file, named, "Startup.exe"

Run "Startup.exe", should see the popup like below.

Toggle on "Plug-In Settings" if not shown already. Make sure the settings matches below.

Logout security alert settings is "On"

Default browser settings is "On" (** important)

Incognito Mode is "Off" (*** important)

Once done, go ahead to close the pop up box.

When click on the eCW Chrome URL (regardless of the entities), should open up the eCW Chrome as normal without issues.
