Once logged into your eClinicalWorks Chrome WEB URL version.

Please go to the following:

[Menu] > [File] > [Settings]  then Select [My Settings]   (again, this is specific to your eCW settings).

Under [My Settings], Settings for _____________________

Click on "Views",

There is side section called "Claims Lookup":

Please make sure the columns are checked, such as "Visit Type" or whatever else are missing.

Once done, Click on "OK" to save.    It will ask you to log out of eCW and log back in, Please do so the see the changes made so far.
