Setup your CITRIX VISION SourceMed Account Online - Enroll and Reset Account

Here is the guide on how to setup, enroll and reset your newly received account for CITRIX Vision SourceMed:

 

You are required to do this, as your new account's reset default password will NOT allow you to log into CITRIX VISION until this step is done.

Step 1)

Visit this SourceMed website:    https://accountselfservice.sourcemed.net/showLogin.cc

 

 

Step 2)

Log into with your given Username and Temp Password and Login

 

Step 3)

Once log in, you will be prompted to "Change New Password" immediately.  Make sure you have the correct 'default password' and input your new one twice.

*** Important *** The password requirement is VERY strict so make sure, not re-use or have password that include your name.... Have to be at least 14 characters length minimum.

 

Step 4)

Once able to log in with your newly reset password.

Click on "Enrollment" tab (next to "Change password".

Here you can add your WORK email (preferably, one you will have access). Once added, check your email for a code coming from "SourceMed".

You can actually add multiple emails, but you will have to authenticate each separately.

Step 5) 

After all these are done. You are finally ready to "add account" 

Your username, same, given from SourceMed, shouldn't change.

But your account password, since you changed, will be the one used on here.....
