• Automatically transfer files between computers that you are signed in to via OneDrive. The files are synchronized to your work email account.

• Look out for these three icons:

  File is synchronizing to OneDrive.

  File is backed up to OneDrive and available on this computer without needing internet access.

  File is backed up but only available online. It can only be accessed if the computer has internet access.

• Files are automatically synchronized on these folders: Desktop, Documents, and Pictures. Files saved here will be available on other Azure AD computers in the same folder using the same work email.
