- For the white Fujitsu scanners, make sure that it is plugged into a black USB port (USB 2.0)
- For the black Fujitsu scanners, make sure that it is plugged into a blue USB port (USB 3.0)
- There can be instances where the black scanner would also only work on a black USB port (USB 2.0)
- Try to switch between USB ports first before trying other fix when scanner isn't working.
- Make sure "ScanSnap Manager" is always on.
