On your eCW, please click file, go to setting, click my settings, there should be a Primary Service Location drop box, click the down arrow and select all. Check the Provider box and all the names should be checked. After all the names are check press the  =>  button. Afterwards press ok. Reset the eCW. Everything should be good.
