There are multiple possible ways to create a Maintenance Support ticket in PMR Support Center.
1. via Email, [email protected], please make sure you clearly state the issues in the subject and the body of message.
2. via Online Support Ticket on http://maintenance.pmr-healthcare.com
Click on "Create a new ticket"
For "Maintenance" specific issues, select "30 Maintenance Request" under "Category".
Specify what type of Maintenance issues, such as "Doors", "Plumbing", etc.
Then, select one "Practice" and its relevant "Office Location".
Please fill out the subject line and the message. Please be succinct on the maintenance issue that require PMR Maintenance Engineer attention.
Below the message, you can CC, BCC and also Attach addition file/document, etc.
Finally, please fill out your Full name, Email, and optional phone or phone extensions if applicable.
