1. Select "Submit Ticket" from the options on the top hand, right side of the page.
2. Select the category of your issue from the "Category" drop down menu (The default category is "Software" but if you have more knowledge on the issue and can pinpoint the problem, it would help us a lot). *Note* Some categories has sub-categories attached to it so be prepared for another drop down menu.
(A location menu will also pop up after the sub-categories to help us pinpoint where you're having this issue incase it is a branch issue)
3. Change the Due Date of the ticket (Optional - Some issues can't be rushed)
4. Enter the subject of your ticket, then write a brief description of what the issue is in the "Message" box. Add "CC" if you would like to notify other employees or managers.(Like an email)
7. Enter your contact information into the boxes below so that we know who to contact and how to contact you. (This step if unnecessary if you choose to create an account with us) - (You can do this by selecting "Login" instead of "Submit Ticket" on the first step.)
