1. Get into the "Settings" Page by first clicking on the "Windows" key then clicking the gear button.

2. Select "Devices" from the list of options.

3. Select "Printers & Scanners" from the left menu once you're in the "Devices" page.

4. Select the printer you want to make changes to, then click on "Manage" in the pop up menu.

5. Click on "Printing preferences" on the next page that pops up.

6. Once you get into this menu, click on the "Duplex" icon until you see that the "Duplex" setting is off, then click "OK" to save your settings.

*Note Just exiting out of the page will not save your settings.
