How to use call Shared Parking

Red – Shared Parking

1. You receive a call
2. You press the Shared Parking (SP) button and this parks the call
3. The SP light will change from green to red
4. When you want to pick up the parked call you just select the same SP button

Receiving/Making Multiple Calls

Yellow – Line Key *Phones Extension* (See Example Below)

1. You receive a call
2. If you receive another call while on the phone the line key marked in yellow will blink letting you know you have another call on the line.
3. If you are on a call and need to make another call, you can put the patient on Shared Parking (SP) and then select one of the line keys (marked in yellow) to make the call.
