Remove extension from 3CX phone app

Open up the 3CX phone app.
1) Select the menu option on the top left corner.
2) Select the "Settings" tab
3) Select the "Accounts" tab
4) Swipe left on on your extension and a delete option will display. Press delete to remove the extension from the 3CX app.
