Error: Patient Statement not showing

Usual Solution: Clear Cache and cookies

Step1- Open up internet explorer, go to "Tools" then click on "Internet Options" (You can also type out "Internet Options" in the windows search menu.

Step 2- In the Internet Options screen, look for the "Browsing History" section, then click on the "Delete..." Button

Then select "Delete" at the very bottom of the "Delete Browsing History" menu.

Error: Patient Statement preview not loading

Usual Solution: Update or repair Adobe Reader installation

Step 1 - Open up "Adobe Acrobat Reader"

Step 2 - Select "Help" from the toolbar menu on top

Step 3 - Select "Check for Updates..." first to see if Adobe is out of date, if not, select "Repair Installation"
