In order to by pass the scanning limit of 1MB scanning on eCW,

Here what you can do to change the settings on your eCW (should need to do this once)

Go to "Patient Documents" (any patient, doesn't matter).

Click on "Settings" on the lower right middle button.

While on the "Settings", see highlighted fields, make sure they are 10 or above.

If it says 1 only, that's the error message most ppl are seeing. Once changed, make sure to click on "OK" to save and exit back to "Patient Hub".

I would restart the eCW again then you can scan document easily above 1 MB.
