How to download a new company forms from SharePoint

1. Click on the "Forms & Templates" button on your team portal page. This can be reached using the Url : "-Company-.sharepoint.com".
2. Here you can navigate around and find the forms that you need. For letterhead and fax forms, click on "Letterhead" For referral and intake forms, click on "Patient Forms"
3. Once you find the form that is needed, you can Right-click on the document or form that you need and just click the download option.
4. Similarly, you can also highlight the link and click on the download button on top to download the file.
