You will need to download the "Pure Mobile" application. Links below depending on your phone. Please make sure that your Bluetooth is turned on while using the app.

Open the app and it will look similar to the pic below. Press on the 3 dops on the top right and press Device ID. 

After pressing Device ID you will see a banner come up. See below for an example. Please take a screenshot of your device ID and send it to us.
