1. Login to eCW from the correct computer
2. Once logged into eCW. Click on file and find the settings tab, from the settings tabs click on Local Settings.
3. Once Local Settings is opened, make sure to check the box in Copy Data To: Excel File
4. Once the box is checked, Click okay on the bottom part of the screen to save the changes. You can disregard the prompt ecw shows you.
5. Restart eCW to apply the changes if needed.
Staff should be able to export the data from Office Visits section, under the practice tab.
